SpeakEasy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

SpeakEasy ("the app", "we", "us") is a voice-first personal productivity app that turns what you say into notes, to-dos, and reminders. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. We collect only what the app needs to work — we do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Information we collect

We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics/behavioral tracking data.

How your information is used

How your information is stored and protected

Your data is stored with Supabase (our database, auth, and hosting provider). Every record is protected by row-level security, so each account can access only its own data. All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Third-party services (subprocessors)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except with the subprocessors above as needed to operate the app.

Data retention and deletion

Your items and captures are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting an item removes it from our database. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below; account deletion cascades to remove your captures and items.

Your rights

You can view, edit, and delete your content at any time within the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.

Children

SpeakEasy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
